GET Volunteer Teacher  – Global Voyage 126 – Applications Now Open!

Ready to use your teaching skills to change lives on a global scale?

We are looking for passionate English and Spanish language teachers to join our volunteer team for the next world cruise, setting sail from Japan in April 2027. Peace Boat is a global NGO dedicated to building peace through international cooperation, cross-cultural learning, and activism. In this role, you won’t just teach grammar—you will empower passengers to break down cultural barriers and form lifelong connections. In exchange for your talent and time, Peace Boat takes care of your visas, port taxes, and all living expenses (room and board) onboard.

Get ready for the ultimate teaching adventure as Peace Boat’s 126th Global Voyage circles the Northern Hemisphere, crossing the Indian, Atlantic, and Pacific Oceans to visit 26 ports across 23 countries! This epic journey brings together diverse cultures, histories, and natural environments across several continents. You will sail from Taiwan and Singapore to Mauritius and South Africa, before exploring the historic coastlines of Europe and cruising through the lush, scenic fjords of Norway. The voyage then crosses the Atlantic to Iceland, New York, and Latin America, before heading up the Pacific coast to Canada and Alaska—featuring breathtaking cruising through icy fjords and first-time visits to Sitka and Seward—before finally concluding in Japan. This is your chance to connect with global communities and experience landscapes shaped by ice, sea, and time, so click the link below for the full ports of call list and start your application today!
